Choose any weight loss plan you like and follow it for 8 weeks!
Examples; Mediterranean Diet (Which I recommend), Whole 30, Weight Watchers, Keto, etc.

Choose your own goal, Example; Lose 2 pounds a week or 10 pounds in 8 weeks, etc.
Take a picture of you on your scale on the start date (confidential always) with your goal...
Start date and send to email; dynamic-training@comcast.net
Then end date do the same

WALKING/MOVEMENT CHALLENGE

Every friend you have sign up you get an extra 3 tickets!

(IF you have a lower extremity ailment and cannot do weight bearing movement swinging arms, laying down and moving is a Movement!)

$39 for the Month (Pre-Pay for 3 months-as many as you want and your tickets will stay in for each month making it easier for you to win more prizes.

Step Counting, Walking and Movement Challenge add your child under 15 years old for $15ea.
